WAM have worked hard with us over the past year, setting up a full returns collection and recovery service across our major customers. Their service expertise is second-to-none and has resulted in high recovery yields for our faulty stock, returning a high percentage back to a saleable condition. The resulting reworked stock has been sold into non-competing retailers, avoiding conflict with Swann's usual retail partners. Their fault analysis has also helped us to improve reliability across a number of products. Our returns are no longer a concern and have allowed us to fully concentrate on driving our sales and market share.
